Even a small amount of large particles entering the system may cause valve blockages (such as overflow valves, servo valves) or cylinder scratches. The oil suction filter reduces the risk of contamination of subsequent precision components through pre filtration.
3. Auxiliary diagnosis of faults:
By observing the degree of contamination of the filter element (such as the type of metal debris and the size of impurities), the internal wear parts of the hydraulic system (such as pumps, motors, or cylinders) can be indirectly determined.
